San Antonio Texas was founded by 10 canarian families (seven from Lanzarote and three from Gran Canaria, Tenerife and La Palma). Altogether, 55 people of which 43 were from Lanzarote.

Rancho Texas Lanzarote is a fun theme park, zoo and water park located in Puerto del Carmen, municipality of Tías. When you arrive, you’ll think you’re in the real American Wild West. Here you will find excellently decorated wooden and stone houses, a gold mine, and even an Indian reserve!

You can also be surprised by its lively and fun shows set in the Wild West, such as: a spectacular demonstration of a cowboy driving a lasso. . .

In this park you can also see exotic animals, such as: crocodiles, raccoons, sea lions or tigers. You can even see the shows they offer with some of them. The parrot shows are surprising because of their great intelligence; as well as shows of eagles in full flight and sea lions.

Among the park’s facilities you will also find water attractions, and you can even swim and play with the sea lions in its pool.

This theme park is open Monday to Sunday from 9:30 to 17:30, but it is also possible to enjoy a theme night where you will have a great time in the style of the American West, with authentic country music.

Dolphins and/or Sea Lions Interaction

This is a small group activity. You will be able to bathe and enjoy these intelligent animals for 20 minutes. It’s an experience you’ll remember for a long time. There are three interactions a day, one at 10:00 to 12:30 and one at 15:30.

Rancho Texas Lanzarote

The minimum age is 6 years old and 110cm high. Keep in mind, the children will not be able to do the activity alone. Each child must be accompanied by an adult, who in turn must participate and pay for the interaction.
