• How long will I need to wait before my vehicle departs?

All of our Lanzarote airport transfers are private, door-to-door services. Your driver is exclusively reserved for your group and will be ready to leave as soon as you meet him/her.

• What happens if I can’t find my driver?

If you do not immediately locate your driver, please give us a call on one of the 24/7 telephone numbers printed on your booking confirmation. We’ll contact the driver and send him or her directly to your location or guide your group to the established Meeting Point.

Please do not move from the meeting point unless specifically advised to do so by one of our Customer Service team. Keep in mind that we are unable to offer refunds for services or alternative travel arrangements that are made without having previously contacted our Customer Service team via telephone.

• What if my flight has a delay?

When the booking is made on our website, the flight number information is included which assists us to track your flight arrival time. However, if you have noticed a delay, do contact us on our Customer Service as a backup option. The driver will be updated on your flight status in order to pick you up at the correct time. The driver will wait for you at the agreed meeting point maximum 60 minutes after your scheduled landing time.

• How does cancellation policy work?

If you cancel your Lanzarote airport transfer up to 48 hours before departure, the charge of cancellation is 25% of your ride’s fare. When it is made between 48-24 hours before departure, the charge of cancellation is 50% of your booking. And if the ride is cancelled within 24 hours before departure, you will unfortunately have to pay the full 100% amount of your fare.

• When is it best to book a transfer?

Bookings are only accepted that are within 24 hours before the pick-up time. We suggest that you make the booking as soon as you know your transfer details so we can arrange the most suitable transfer for you.

• I forgot an item in the vehicle. How can I get it back?

If you think you might have left any item in the vehicle, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will then contact the driver to check if the item was found in the vehicle.
