What about special luggage, bicycles and child seats?
Child seats and booster seats: The first child seat or booster seat is free of charge. Each additional seat or booster costs €5, payable in cash directly to the driver.
Bicycles: There is an additional charge of €10 per journey, payable in cash directly to the driver.
Other special luggage: Please let us know when booking so we can arrange a suitable vehicle with enough space.
What should I do if I cannot find my driver at the terminal?
If you cannot find your driver on arrival, please call one of our contact numbers. We will contact the driver immediately and help you locate them at the terminal.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We ask for your flight number when you book so we can monitor its status. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pick-up whenever possible.
For delays of more than 2 hours, the availability of the originally assigned vehicle and driver may be affected. In this case, we may offer you a new pick-up time, which could involve a waiting period or, if necessary, an additional charge.
If we are unable to offer you a suitable alternative, we will refund the amount paid for the transfer.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your transfer free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundableWhen should I book my transfer?
We recommend booking your transfer as soon as you know your flight details. This allows us to confirm vehicle availability and organise your service in advance.
What if I leave something in the vehicle?
If you think you have left an item in the vehicle, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to locate it and arrange its return.
